I am currently a senior in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering at NYU Tandon. I’m interested in how cells make decisions, and how those decisions give rise to development, specialization, and disease. I joined the lab in Fall 2023, working on an R package for gene regulatory network (GRN) inference. My current work focuses on using single-cell RNA sequencing to predict how transcription-factor perturbations reshape developmental trajectories in Arabidopsis. In my free time, I enjoy drawing and crocheting.
